Build me a flutter mobile application

We're Divvy Technologies (divvy - to share), and we support charities and other good causes with systemic solutions. Nearly all charities/causes have the same problem - Member Attrition. Foodbanks run dry and people don't get the help they need because donors/volunteers, or "Members" of a non-profit organization don't feel the same connection to the cause after a while, and/or they just don't feel like their individual contributions are recognized/acknowledged. We try to solve this problem by giving non-profits free access to our Member Engagement Platform (MEP) and custom-branded Member Rewards Application (MRA). They use the MEP communication platform for fund-raising, acknowledgement, new member solicitation, and other campaigns, which can be SMS, email, web, etc., but our Member Rewards Application needs to be re-done, and we don't have the resources to do it ourselves. I didn't upload screenshots intentionally, but think of it as a mobile ecommerce app with a “featured” carousel that displays the same event or offer for all members of the same non-profit, a search-bar, and personalized “weekly top 10” deals or product boxes/call-to-action buttons. The once-a-week (NOT real-time) reward offers come from participating merchants that offer discounts for members of a specific charity or cause, as well as online promotional portals via APIs, and our back-end (at Digital Ocean) tries to compare discounts, deals, etc., with other data sources for personalization, to make sure they are the best price/value to the Member and, all things being equal, the highest commission to us because we share that with the charity/cause too. Even though we only facilitate “purchases-with-purpose” with campaign links back to the merchant and don't incur transaction fees, our margins are so thin after sharing with the charity that we need to be much more scalable than we are now to survive, which is why we need a new app. Whether it’s a PWA or a native app, it needs to be easily white-labeled for the charity (Charity + “powered by Divvy”), and it needs to collect and communicate much more user-data for the back-end to serve more relevant/personalized offers in the call-to-action boxes each week. Please let me know your thoughts.
