Build expert: php composer ninja for wordpress plugins required

you are a master / ninja of PHP composer or alternative solutions, to package and build plugin packages for wordpress.

you will have to consult and do hands on solutions to code level to be able to develop properly wordpress plugins and to package them properly.
Also integration into IDEs like phpstorm and eclipse have to work well!
