Build me an event management website

Develop a website, which manages events. Each event will contain a name, venue, date and time, agenda/program, images of different speakers with links, photos from the event, etc. These events are created, updated, and possibly deleted dynamically from an administrative interface. As a skill required is as well LAMP and web architecture
