Build a employee attendance application
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are looking to develop a custom company app to track employee work hours for multiple cleaners across different sites, on varying days and times. The goal is to have a reliable, cost-effective solution for accurately recording and reporting worked hours, especially at the end of each two-week pay period.
Here’s the proposed workflow for the app:
Employee Registration: Each cleaner signs up through the app, providing their basic details (e.g., name) to ensure we know who is logging in and out.
Shift Tracking: When a cleaner arrives at a work site, they open the app, select the location they are working at, and click 'Log In'. Once their shift is complete, they click 'Log Out' or 'End Shift' to record the time they finished working.
Manager Reporting: The system should allow managers to download reports every two weeks, showing each employee's clock-ins and clock-outs, along with the total hours worked during that period.
