Build ecommerce wordpress website fast

Looking for someone to build a quick beautiful Wordpress website for our marketing agency using the content from competitor sites (we will rewrite later) using the following plugins:

Woocommerce Subscriptions
Woocommerce Stripe

Must be able to figure out the layout on their own so that the website looks high end and rely on the content from competitor sites to get the project complete as soon as possible.
Must create a new gmail account for us as well and set it up with the website so that Wordpress and woocommerce email notifications are set up properly.
