Build me a dynamic form with zapier integration in wordpress
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
This is a simple project. It requires 2 sections
• Employee section
• User section
And the whole concept is about creating a conditional & dynamic form using gravity form or any other form plugin, and adjust some automations using zapier or any other automation tool like that.
Employee section:
• Employee register form
• Employee dashboard
Employee register form ham gravity form main bhi bana sakte hai, ya fir “ultimate members” plugin ko bhi use karke bana sakte hai. Iss se employee ko ek dashboard bhi mil jayega.
User Section:
• User ko register karne keliye bhi ek form rehega. Jisko ham gravity form main bhi bana sakte hai, ya fir “ultimate members” ko use karke bhi bana sakte hai.
• User project submission form (using gravity form)
Yaha par isko thoda samajhte hai. Mera gst, it returns, food license sab bana ne ka business hai. Ek tarah se CSC (common service center)
Mere pass kuch employees hai, jo yai sab kaam karte hai. Aab mujhe yai chahiye ke-
1. Customer register karega.
2. Uske baad uska jo requirement hai, (for example usko GST file karna hai) toh wo aapna name, address, pan card, adhaar card, yai sab ek form ke jariye submit karega.
3. Aur wo submission ek post ki tarah publish hoga website main, aur user ke account main bhi show hoga. (iss se yai pata chalega ke user ne kya kya service hame order kiya hai)
4. Jab customer post submit karega, toh usme ek dropdown option hoga, usme sare employee ka list aayega drop down main. User ne jis employee ko choose kiya hai, uss employee ko wo post assign ho jayega, aur uss employee ke dashboard main show karega.
5. Iss se yai pata chalega ke employee ko total kitna project assign hua hai, aur employee bhi login karke, aapne dashboard se, usko jitna project assign hua hai wo ek ek complete kar dega.
Aur bhi chota mota kuch automations karna hai, jaise ki post submit hote hi notification jayega, employee ko aur admin ko. Ya fir agar user pehele se hi hai toh email id daalte hi ek pop up notification aayega ke user already exist. ( aise kuch chote mote kaam hai.)
Lekin overall iss project ka kaam yai hai ke –
User aapna requirement submit karega, submit karne ke baad jo bhi employee select rehega uss form main, uss employee ke pass notification jayega. Employee kaam complete karke update karega, aur admin ko notification jayega.
