Build a direct link to social network from an URL website agregator

Few months ago, I have build an URL website agregator www.vinylorgy.com
The back office is very simple, to add a link on the website, I just have to paste the URL and choose the category and choose the date, then the link is added on the website.
Now I would like to link the website with some social networks account such as Instagram.
The aim would be to have an instagram post made automatically when the link is submitted in the backend.
