Build and design user registration

We have a Wordpress site and we need to build new user registration page by filling required fields and confirm registration by email to activate the user account. Also we have a product which the user need to register using the order number and product serial number of the product to activate the warranty on the product. serials are validated against a list of valid numbers. Case the user entered invalid number, the user should be notified. After completing the registration, the user should be able to login and see the profile information and their product warranty status and expiration
