Build a database website with 3 standard features
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Objective:
I am looking to develop a site where site visitors can input a 3 digit code and the output/results page will be all of the information associated with that 3 digit code. Site visitors will also have the option to contribute information but, that information will need to be reviewed by site administrators before it goes live on the site.
I would also like a blog feature and a rating/review feature.
I don't know much about web development or the different languages but I have a Product Management background so I am looking for someone who is comfortable with asking questions for further clarity and contributing their knowledge of best practices. If you are keen on SEO, that is an added bonus.
The project should take less than 3 months.
