Build a database, to create a spiderweb link

Hi, im Riël in private security and analyse and investigate cases. I would like to have an online login site that is stores in the cloud. I want to capture information in the databases and can link the individuals and groups, vehicles and devices together. More information will follow when I can get a freelancer.
