Build a custom career portal page for my website to link to my ATS system.

I'm looking for an experienced web developer to build a custom career portal page for my website that will link to my Applicant Tracking System (ATS). I need the career page to have job listings with applicant tracking system integration. It is important for the portal to adhere to my website's existing design and it is essential to complete the project within a month or less.
This function essentially should allow me to feed jobs from my ATS system to the career portal page and then feed applicant data from website back to ATS.
