Build a custom Online booking system for a dance school

I am wanting to create a custom online booking system for my dance school. This system will need to work for small and large dance school.
My website is with wix, I either would like to build a system that works with the wix systems. Or build a booking system that can be integrated into a wix website or another website.
This is a short overview of what will be needed. If you are interested, Let me know and i will send you though a more detailed information
- a stream line booking system (for the customer)
- a back end for admins area
- special areas for teachers (so they can see their classes, eg mark rolls or add clients manually)
- Be able to have classes, course, workshops, holiday camps, private sessions.
- be able to book in adult and children classes
- Be able to have automated discounts for vouchers, muti class and sibling bookings
- Be able to have a members profile, This is where they can book classes, fill out information, see paid and unpaid invoices, or money due ect.
- Have different pricing for different classes, and courses etc.
- be able to email or text inter class or school with 1 message (admin area)
There are a few more thing depending on if making a stand alone booking system

I have been wanting a booking system for over a year, testing lots out there and i cant find what i am looking for, they are all missing something or way to expense for an on going price.
So I am wanting someone who can start on it right away, as i would like it done as soon as possible.
