Build a custom CRM system & Mobile App

We currently use 3/4 online software packages to run my construction business. we have now got to the point that we need to develop a custom built CRM system specific to my business needs.

We are looking for someone to work with us to create the frame work & specification then build the CRM management software. While working closely with my team.

To give you an rough idea the CRM system needs to cover the below items:

- Manage all our engineering diaries by calendar.
- Update daily progress reports for site
- Manage all our financials items per job
- Must have a mobile app
- Create on site audits
- Create on site daily/ weekly progress reports
- Manage all our on site health & safety items
- Automate our Estimating process
- Automate our Stock process
- Manage all our designs
- Manage all on site contacts
- Automate all customer communication
- Manage all customer emails
- Manage all office documents
- Must have a Messaging platform between teams

We are looking for someone that has develop Specific CRM & mobile app systems before, preferable in the construction sector.

Project time frame is an immediate start with the aim to complete the the CRM within the next 6 months.

We are based in the UK, the same time zone is a must or within +/- 3hrs.
