Build me a cross platform application in flutter

We are looking for a team of experts who can build app using flutter. Some of the key features are two types of user registrations, job posting, stripe connect payment, in-app chat message, map-integration, two user matching. Required work: UI/UX, Admin panel, back-end, quality testing. Experience working with Apis, Amazon instances/RDS, Github, developing secure messaging platforms, designing elegant and sharp UI is necessary.
