Looking for someone who have experience in building cross chain token swap

we need a platform where user will visit > connect wallet > then dapp will fetch catcoin balance > then user can manually enter solana address and also enter % to get catcoins to solana address > then approve > then that % of token will be sent to admin wallet and also token will be deducted from admin wallet to user's solana address
