Build a VM control panel
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
looking for someone to build a VM control panel interface, (based on Proxmox) with billing (paypal and airwallex) and support desk features.
looking for something fairly basic, but still having the ability for users to see usage of their vm's upgrade when nessesary, and for us to be able to add new IP subnets into pools and new servers into the cluster.
prefer to work in stages, so we can see working concepts as we go, and add features required later on down the track.

create vm (monthly option, not hourly based, although could do this at a later date) [admin/user]

this can mainly be accomplished by using a freely available SDK, but wanting someone to put this all together in a nice and secure way (with frameworks), with basic bootstrapped template.
