Build complier in angular 11

Hi,
Phase1:
- I need demo of complier in angualr,
- it must have capability to run code of diff diff lang .
- like it should able to run php code, JavaScript, python etc, for now we will keep static code, in phase 1, later will plan to make it dynamic code edit option too.
- Complier must have capability to run all files in folder, like one project run, not single file.
- This is phase 1, demo only, if everything fine, we will build complete complier and create it
- Developer must work from on bitbucket and push daily code.
- Developer must complete task in the time he commiting
