Build a complex dynamic website and app

We wish to develop a travel booking engine integrated with business rules and approval workflow. We are looking for freelancers from Pune who could form a team and build this for us.
This is a complex development and requires enough time and efforts along with experience in the relevant domain with excellence in the required skill set. We would like to on-board a team of 4-5 for about 3-4 months to complete this development. We would like them to work from our office at Koregaon Park, Pune.
Preferred applicant with an experience over 3-5 years minimum.
