Build an e-commerce website

I have a new project for a Virtual Clinic of multiple therapists, the website features are included in this document, please check it
It should be developed over Wordpress/Woocommerce CMS.
It should be fully responsive e-commerce solution. Beside the basic functionality such as filters & Add to cart , It should include the following features:
1- Pop-up on website loading
2- Abundant cart
3- Special donation for charity organization on checkout
4- Notify user for out-of-stock items
5- Variation Swatches for color & size
6- Product Bundles for bulk discount packages, and assembled products.
7- Multi-Currency, plugin that allows to add manually the rate
8- Live Chat Support over Whatsapp
9- MEGA MENU Display
10- Directory to search for Brands
The website will be a virtual clinic of 4 therapists, users will enters and will see some information at the beginning with of course an animated slider at first, and then a chatbot will ask them few questions and based on the user answers, it will redirect him to the appropriate agent and ask him to book a session. Then a calendar module with booking system will show up to select an available time slot, once selected the session fees should be paid (Via Paypal or Square or Stripe or other available payment gateway). Once the payment is successful, the user will receive the meeting request link automatically to his email and the session will be added to the calendar of the agent.
Besides the browsing pages of biographies & contact us, there is a Blog. It will be displayed as a flipping board magazine to display PDF, JPG, HTML content. In addition, some articles of the blog are considered as premium content and they are accessible on to Premium users who buys memberships. Also the premium blog will be displayed as flipping board magazine.
