Build e-commerce site using open source

This project is to create an e-commerce site using open source. The following are the requirements
1. 3 plan options
There are 3 types of users on this e-commerce site, and the user type needs to be selected at the time of registration.
The number of orders will be limited for each user type.
For example, general users can only buy one piece of clothing for one product, the other two users can buy more, etc.
2. there is a registration fee and a subscriber fee
Depending on the user, there is a registration fee that is incurred when they register for an account and a monthly subscription fee.
3. users may use the referral program
Users may refer other users with a unique link or code. The administrator should be able to see who referred which user.
4. the administrator can list products
