Build a bot to buy/sell crypto coins after receiving the message from Telegram/Discord

I want a pump bot, which automatically buy upon receiving pumping coin name from a telegram channel and discord and can sell automatically at SL or certain TP Price(may be in %). This also has an option to manually buy and sell.
