Build a basic yet fully working case opening + case battle website + provably fair

We are involved in the development for a person of a case opening and case battles website. The idea here is the based on ETH cryptocurrency and each case has virtual game items as place holder items from various games but mainly CSGO game.
We will provide an image for each case as well as the items and item names as well as an image of each item (image will be same size and quality) as well as price and ods the ticket range that the user will open that item.
We require the case opening and every case battle round is provably fair in that for every case open or every case opened in a case battle the user pulls a random ticket out of 100,000 which then determines which item they have opened in that case. It is important that after each case opening or case battle the user is shown the ticket they pulled and can verify this was fairly decided using a PROVABLY fair type system.

We require the following elements and milestone payments.
1. We need a secure system for user login and registration. $50
2. Homepage which will show the most popular cases(base on number of times opened) and a selection of case battles(currently active or in progress) with a button to join or watch. $50
3. Case battles lobby page - This will be page users can use to follow all the battles which are currently active and able to be joined as well as currently battles underway. Also to show which user created the battle with a small thumbnail of their profile picture. We will also show battles finished but only for about 2 minutes then they will be removed. its important that user history of battles is recorded and saved so the user can go back and see what they have joined and won. - $60
4. Cases - which on the lobby page will show all the cases on our site for a user to open. Each case can then be clicked on and go to case page which will have a large case which will they have an interface for user to select how many time the case is opened between 1 - 4 then the cost of the case to open 1 or 2, 3 or 4 then an OPEN button. - $100
5. Battles - this is fairly straight forward in that it is between 2, 3 and 4 players that can join a case battle but basically the user who pulls the highest value in items over the whole battle WINS ALL the items from every user in the battle . - $125
6. Inventory - So here is where every item they opened in a case or won in a case battle is stored. Then the user can select individual items or a button for select all then 'sell' items for onsite balance to keep playing or they can 'withdraw' the value in ETH. - $60
7. Case opening layout and animation - This will be a creative way of the animation to scroll through select items in the case and then land on the one the users has opened. $70
8. Case battles layout and animation - This can be the SAME animation as the case opening however it needs to be 1v1 (2 players) 1 v 1 v1 (3 players) 1 v 1 v 1 v 1 (4 players) or (2 v 2) 4 players teams and needs to have each player labelled on the animation for the user. Then under each user will have a way to store each item they have pulled in each round of the battle along with a TOTAL amount for each user so they can easily follow the amount they have opened along the battle and who is winning. 9. Affiliate system - this is a straight forward levelled affiliate system where by players join our affiliate program as a partner. They can choose a code which will become part of their affiliate URL like www,ourwebsite.com/partner/code and when an audience member of theirs follows that link we will record that. When their audience member DEPOSITS onto our site to play they can enter in the affiliates code to earn a DEPOSIT BONUS of say 5% and the affiliate earns a small % depending on the level of affiliate they are. The levels will vary according to the total number of users who they have referred to our website + the total number of users who have registered on our site + the total amount their affiliates have deposited. So the more users they refer and the more they deposit the affiliate earns. $100
10. Deposit and WITHDRAW system - Simple ETH based deposit and withdraw, we need the onsite notifications to be their to keep the user informed and feel more at ease that the deposit is underway and waiting confirmations etc. Then once the confirmations are done they need to receive notice onsite too as well as there balance updated. $75
