Build a basic wordpress website fast - with configurable backend

This project requires a web developer with experience in WordPress. Looking to build a one-off basic website in a fast time frame (3 days or less). It is for a Chef to showcase his Chef services. Similar theme to this website

The website needs to have the following: (All images and text will be provided) - A home page with images, content and a lead generation form (asking for the name, email, phone number and message) - A separate 'About' page with content and images - A separate 'Contact' page with a lead generation form (asking for the name, email, phone number and message, when clicking submit, the data needs to be send by email and I need to be able to access this data from the back end) - A separate 'Blog' page with blog post content and images - A configurable back end where I can log in as the admin to add, edit or delete content and images on all pages - The back end needs to allow me, the admin, to review received emails and filter them by time reached and if the lead is a business or customer, as well as allowing me to delete leads from the back end - The back end needs to allow me, the admin to be able to respond to emails from the lead generation form - The website will be mobile responsive The design I want is similar to this website:
