Build a basic CRM for our sales process and a client portal.

We are mobile swimming school shopping around to replace monday.com as our sales/project management software and acuity as our main scheduling app. We would be looking for someone to build one site where we can house our sales process and our client portal. The client portal should be able to allow clients to view the number of lessons they have left, send our admin team messages, and purchase packages.
We have no issue with acuity as a scheduling app but it lacks functionality on the client portal and package setup end. An integration with acuity into the new client portal would be ideal.
The sales portion should allow for us to sort between different leads in their various stages of the process as well as automatically input data from our 3 lead sourcing forms.
