Build an app to help us with paperwork -- 2
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
PHASE 1 - operation in both Android and Apple Phones
We have installers in the construction field everyday. We need them to fill out a form and attach pictures to their form. There are about 25 "Yes" and "No" questions they need to answer in the process. I have attached a file of what is typically done. Our guys are not tech-savvy. I need something easy. Currently they submit their pictures to our secretary who puts all of this together by hand.
I would like a box for the installer to sign at the bottom of the page.
I would also like a quick screen that has their certificate of installation uploaded for easy access.
I would like spot where my secretary can add or edit address information.
When finished, I would like the app to produce a PDF document of the questions and pictures that can be emailed to 5 end-users.
PHASE 2 - Operate in Apple Phone, Android Phones and Laptop access
WE currently uses Gmail for our email and calendar. We record our jobsites and start-times as appointments in the calendar. They are all saved to one corporate calendar where 4 of us have access through a common email. The appointments are cut from the calendar and texted to the 10 different installers each day. I would like a new calendar with access to our Gmail calendar. I would like the address and job information to be edited in Gmail but also assigned and sent to our installers through the app. I would also like the job information (address, name, phone number of the customer) to be automatically imported into the forms we are producing in Phase 1.
PHASE 3 - Phone and Laptop access
We have job inspectors that go to customer homes and test the homes for lead paint. I would like another section of this app to come from the customer contact information in the Gmail calendar to auto-populate a different form. This form will have another set of 25 different questions for the tester to answer. I would also like an area of this form where the tester can add comments. It will require 2 sets of signatures. I will send the details of this form later. I would like this part of the app to be able to be run from a laptop.
