Build an analytics portal

Looking for a developer who can build a portal comprising of marketing insight from different sources (already available on Data Studio). The portal needs to have log in access for the user, a side menu that links to the different dashboards from Data Studio (needs to appear natively on the portal using the Data Studio API), user profile settings and an admin backend with privileges that we can adjust to limit access to certain data from the user.
