Build a Woocommerce custom shipping plugin -- 2

We are looking for a PHP developer with expertise in WooCommerce and WordPress
* Have ideally 4+ Years of experience shipping high quality websites and extensions/plugins on Wordpress/WooCommerce
* Expertise in PHP, Javascript and WooCommerce
* Follow best practices in coding, security, and design
What will you work on?
* Build a Wordpress plugin for WooCommerce conditional shipping options (Dependent Drop-down)
* Fetch data from Json file, convert to frontend shipping options and store data in woocommerce like a normal field
* Backend plugin ui is needed for normal user
* Build a full version that need license key to enable the plugin and build a free version with limited functions for free trials
* Deliver Good quality code with best practices and design patterns (fit with Wordpress plugin requirements)
