Build a Woocomerce on an existing website

Build a Woocomerce in our website with two types of integration.
-First one to sell stationery, this one can be ordinary woocomerce page in witch the products are all presented in a woocomerce template.
-Second one, to sell online courses and allow student to buy reservations on our website. For this one, this cannot be ordinary woocomerce template. We want to be able to sell the product directly from our own pages build with wordpress modules. This sell would be through an url. This url will be in a button and the url must include directly the product in the car.
Example: https://www.mitoyocenter.com/aprende-japones/curso-japones-online/
introduce in this url a button to allow to shop the product presented in this case a Japanese course.
For this it is also needed to create a place where clients can login to check invoice, status of order, etc
