Build a WooCommerce Plugin to Create Products from the Ebay API

We are looking for a developer with experience working with the eBay API and WooCommerce to build a plugin that takes an eBay API product feed from defined eBay categories and create product listings on the WooCommerce store with the store's affiliate referral links to send customers back to eBay for purchasing. The plugin needs to also monitor the eBay API to automatically remove any products that have been removed from eBay. The plugin will also need to fill in some attributes for the WooCommerce products based on identifiers in the eBay products. Note, it must all function automatically.
