If you can use Wordpress (and also install it on my local host so that I can make changes) that will be great because of plugins I need. I need someone to make an Attractive Simple Website ( 3 -5 pages) for a Community Membership Purpose. First page needs to be attractive to offer people to join the community with membership on first page, and post any Events that people can sign up for or Announcements, Allow Re-direction functions to other Websites, Set up Affiliate and Ad space, Create Email address for members, accept Payment, and last page will be to Allow plugin TUTOR LMS or allow Students or people registered for any Online event or course to see their dashboard.
