Build Website for a School Project

We need some Website where we can manage school tests. Its an easy task. Just create a secure login with a token, and a dashboard. A very basic dashboard is enough. Teachers should be able to reserve physic tests and upload documents to it. The pupils should see their classes and the documents that were uploaded by the teacher. I'll send you some documents when you are interested in the tasks. The documents are in German.
You can translate them and if you have questions don't hesitate to ask.
It should preferably be done with Laravel and vue.js.
Also it has to be secure against basic stuff like SQL Injection and so on.
