Build a Website for Remote Stream Upload on Server

A Video Stream URL is that URL which have no file size, or length. A Live Video streams on it. You have to make a website where a link should be entered and it will remotely upload that stream on server and a time (might be in terms of hours like 5 hours 34 minutes or might be according to clock like 6:34). At that time, the remotely uploading should stop. And that file should be permanently stored on server.
