Want to build a website that will host multiple March Madness Office Pools. The pool will have both the typical Bracket which pool players will fill out prior to tournament start, and also have optional betting aspect to it. (Not real money) but betting against spread for points. Player with most Bracket and Betting points Combined wins pool.
Users will have choice to join a existing pool (if the have password) or Create their own pool.
Will change a fee (tbd) to use the site/service.
Website will need MySQL database on backend to run all pool and all administrative data.
There will be limited pool options so pool admins can customize their pool to some degree. Some pools may just be traditional bracket only pools. Some will have betting option. Pool admins can customize points per round as well and max bet amount per round too (if they elect to use betting option) will also have optional lower seed bonus points for those who want it.
