Build A Web Data Scraper Tool -- 2

I have a spreadsheet with some data in it and I need someone to build a scraper tool to scrape data from a certain website and input it into the spreadsheet to complete the spreadsheet. Each data value taken from the website will need correspond with a certain row in my spreadsheet, because I need the values that pertain to that particular spreadsheet entry.
