Build Web Based GUI for FreeRADIUS server

FreeRADIUS is one of the most popular open source project for AAA purposes. But unfortunately it don't have its own web based Graphical User Interface. Anyhow, there are some GUIs like Daloradius and radiusdusk but they are outdated and aren't complete and user friendly as today's modern radius servers like SAS or DMA.
So what you have to do is to design a Web based GUI for FreeRADIUS (using PHP) which should be user friendly and must have all the features which freeradius holds including authentication, authorization , accounting, PPPOE user management, complete bandwidth control and all other features which a modern radius like SAS holds.
