Build Me a Web Application to retrieve data from another site and use it to manipulate form/query

I want to build a web application that will seamlessly talk to another webpage. Almost like an iframe embed but without it actually being an iframe.
At a certain point, I'd like to retrieve a variable that is produced based off the other url's form input's, bring that variable to my page, and display it to the user.
So for each users session on my page, when loading my page will display enter Vehicle VIN.. or Year Make and Model. on the back end , those input fields will be linked to https://fixmyglass.safelite.com/FixMyGlass/VehicleDamage.aspx matching inputs and so on and so forth.
