Build WEB SITE similar to pcpartpicker.com with fiverr features.

Looking for a team of developers that is familiar with pcpartpicker.com to help me build a similar web app website. Pcpartpicker.com is a marketplace to build customized gaming PC by selecting hardware components from eBay, Amazon, NewEgg, etc and do price comparisons using the crawler feature.
There are 2 core features which is highly essential and that is the ability to perform hardware component compatibility checks and voltage requirements checks. There are algorithms in the website to perform checks and this is a feature that you must know how to replicate.
The other part of this development is to integrate with a freelancer or fiverr function by having a page that allows vendors to bid for jobs and help users assemble their PC after they created their PC build via our website.
Web app has options for combinations.
1. Web App (front end / back end)
Crawler service (python language)
2. Backend (Business logic that includes PPC + Fiverr like functionality)
