Build Video Website on Kernel Video Sharing CMS

We have a default KVS platform which needs customization. KVS stands for Kernel Video Sharing and is a platform which allows for a community for users to share videos.
We are looking for someone who is very well knowledgeable of the KVS platform and a person who can make custom modifications as needed without creating more issues. The KVS platform uses PHP and Smarty Templates. https://www.kernel-video-sharing.com/en/
The job would involve:
getting a web server to host the site
installing the KVS platform
colour changes and general style updates
create several advertising spots
restyle some areas of the script including, header, footer, body, video and category pages
This is a project working within the adult industry, so the developer would need to be comfortable with that.
