Build Vacation Theme Site

We are looking to build a vacation site for a niche. We already have a plugin build for wordpress that can handle the booking engine and those pages. We need your initial help creating the home page and some landing page templates for the site.

We want to have this coded for wordpress, and all code will belong to us after the project. This is not something you can reuse.

Experience & Requirements / Plugins for project:
· Maintain Boostrap Framework for responsive code
· Advanced Custom Fields
· Yoast - for SEO titles
· Gravity Forms - for all contact forms
· Custom page types using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)

ETA: 2-3 Weeks development turn around (with what my designer did you should have a good start already - HTML/CSS/Bootstrap)

Note: I will have ACF PRO - Freelancer License which will be used to build the site as we want the back end to have easy to modify areas.

Menus:
· Top main menu
· Footer
· Sidebar (found on Terms and Conditions page)
· Mobile menu (index3.html has the one I want to use)

Note: These should be controlled in the WP admin tools to keep it simple
