Build Unique TikTok Username Checker

I need someone to build a TikTok username checker. The checker needs to verify if the usernames entered into a text file, are available. If they (the usernames) are banned it should not show in the results.
Please let me know if you are able to do this. I already have an existing checker but it does not check if the username is banned or not. Banned usernames show up as AVAILABLE on the results.
