Build a Twilio Programmable Voice, Push, SMS, Whats App, Socials and Email Interface

We use Twilio for Programmable SMS, and we have the ability to extend to Programmable Voice. We need a company to build an interface for us where we can receive and make calls, see and allocate incoming messages to agents (FB, Push, SMS, Whatapp, Google) and reply. Each customer would have a unique profile where we can see all history of comms and can make additional comms with them. I would need a company or an individual who has done all of these things before. We have an open API and an existing Twlio account - we just need the expert to develop our solution for us.
