Build me Traffic Monitoring Software -- 2
Budget: $750 – $1,000 USD
I am looking for an experienced developer to build me a traffic monitoring software. The software will be ai based that will use real-time video footage from roadside security cameras to help traffic police monitor traffic flow, automatically detect traffic offenses and fine the offenders.
A detailed draft SRD and system flow chart have been attached.
The preferred platform for the software is a desktop application. The traffic data to be monitored is multi-modal, including vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles.
Skills and experience required for the job include:
- Proficiency in desktop application development
