Build me a Trading Terminal using PHP and Jquery / JS

I want a trading terminal that operates like the attached video. I am a PHP developer but this will require a bit of JS/Jquery which i am not familiar with. So the terminal works this way, a user selects an asset, if possible using a custom candle stick chart or tradingview window, the chart starts moving as seen in the video attached. User inputs the amount and selects if it will go up or down and the time to end the trade. The timer starts moving and when it hits the end point, it stops and shows the result whether user won or lost the trade.
Whatever amount a user inputs, he or she wins or losses 3% of the amount, i can always change the percentage based on an amount using if variables myself. So worry about the terminal and use 3% in your work.

Important note, it should be a form which records results to backend using PHP Ajax.
