Build a HR System mobile app using react

Build Complete Frontend and backend for a Human Resource System (Phase1):
-Front end, Back end, Database, Server Management
-Daily Time Recording (use SDK of a face detection device and send over to the backend)
types of login/logout: using face detection system or using the mobile apps
-Saves images for login and logout
-Create, Approve or Deny leave (Sick leave, Vacation leave, Maternity leave, Special leave)
-Create, Approve or Deny Over-time
-Government Contributions: SSS, GSIS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, BIR Tax
-Company Schedule: Regular, Holiday, No Operation
-Shift Management: Day time, Mid time, Night time, customized
-Auto-payroll generation: Daily, Weekly, 15-30, customized
-Users: Web-app for the HR manager or approver
Mobile app (IOS or Android) for staffs for monitoring

Lead time: 45 days for Phase 1
After successfully complete the phase 1, Proceed to phase 2 for within company messaging, bulletin posting: photo and video, comments, reacts. Similar to facebook (30 days)
