Build us a Social Media Ranking Website!

We need a backend PHP website developer for a social media ranking website.

They will need to be able to understand Telegram API, Telegram Bot API, PHP (Symfony or Laravel), and be able to extrapolate group and channel information from Telegram into SQL tables/databases (or however they best see fit for supreme optimization) for website integration.

The website will need a registration and account login/management system for basic users and admins; a fully developed Telegram Bot that Telegram users will add to their groups, supergroups, and channels for verification and proof of ownership purposes; payment processing integration; a fully automated ad shop that purchases designated ad spots on the website for specified periods of time, and all placed into an easy to use in-website Admin UI that allows for manual control of all customizable features (if need be).

We are looking for a senior developer that is ambitious, yet highly skilled, and capable.
