Build A Social Health Club Website for my Business - Read ENTIRELY before you chat please.

Overall here is what I am looking to do....
I need a site built for my upcoming self-help book. The book features a near 30-day follow-along guide to help people retain the information. I would like each person to have their own profile that allows them to see where they are in the book as well as complete daily activities associated with the day they are actually on. The web app would need to allow for group discussion on the topic of the day and connections with other people who might be on the same day. Social media-like approach but with a very specific intent in mind. Health and more succinctly the book. I would like this site and its associated apps to be all web apps,
Nutrition: You may have to build this separately I am unsure but I have a new way of dieting which takes people from unhealthy eating to better habits over a currently unknown period of days. I would like this portion of the site to be standalone but also able to be included on the profiles I mentioned above like Facebook does apps. However, this part is done it must be scalable. I or an admin should be able to come in a year from now and change the program around if that's needed. I'd like it web app so that it works with all phones.
Fitness: Similar to nutrition this standalone but linkable web app will feature a day-by-day approach to fitness. All of the web apps would need some way of notifying the person on the phone but especially this one. This web app will feature my fitwork series. Fitwork is like fitness homework that you have all throughout the day. The goal is to keep people moving throughout the day. So it will alert them to exercise at different points of the day and check it off once they are done. I would like it to be able to connect with other people on the same app who might be doing their fitwork at the same time. Finally, if there are instructors available I would like for it to be able to link anyone who wants to participate with that instructor live.
So basically this social health club will have 3 different web apps that handle 3 different aspects of healthy living. Ask whatever questions you may have but basically do you feel you are capable of bringing something like this to life. IF so please convince me and set a price.
