Build me Soccer Community Site with Buddypress Plugins Which is Linked to My Wordpress News Site

We are looking for a Buddypress Developer Plugins who can develop it according to our wishes,
We currently have a football news site that we would like to fit it up with football community feature. All members can interact with one another and can collect points from various activities.
The points are earned from commenting on news articles, reading news in a matter of tens of seconds / minutes, from sharing news articles, and also from bringing in new members with reff link.
We also want the feature of adding points manually for certain members, so we can give additional points for members from activities other than those mentioned above.
There also needs to be some kind of points standings widget which we can put it on homepage sidebar, looks like the soccer's standing, consist of member's names along with location information and the number of points they have accumulated in that month.
I've tried to check buddypress and I still can't find a feature that suits my needs.
