Build a Small Laravel Software for a Policy Making Software

Hello Sir... There is an project in which the Following this will be there....
1. Client registration with 10-12 Fields & 2-3 Attachment Upload as a Registration. The registration will be from Admin site Only.
2. Then the KYC & Account verification Steps from Admin Side. as pending, Completed or on Hold or Rejected.
3. There will be a Payment Policy there where we need to create a policy & make some sort of instalment of that & based on instalment there will be a Payment Schedule of that policy.
4. After that We will deposit a Payment on Every Month from customer & give a receipt to him for Submission & also the client can pay the amount via Online method by his Account Login. (Razorpay integration)
5. The Dashboard will have a Product addition features & the Admin will have Number of Product added there like Gold, & Other Products & once the instalment will be finished then the user total amount can be adjusted with the product purchased by the user & that will be a account closing of user.
6. There will be an OTP for account opening, Closing & When they do a payment.
It can be Build on Laravel or CI
