Build Shopify / Wordpress customized online course platform

We are an online art & outsourcing business based in US, looking for an experienced Shopify or Wordpress developper.
The project : We are looking to build our own customized online course platform whether into Shopify or Wordpress. The online platform would need the following recquirements :
If on Wordpress:
- The membership platform should be able to show the courses for which the student subscribed (Access would be granted based on specific tags associated to each students' profile)
- For each course, different tabs would display the course chapters
Each course includes pictures, texts and video (hosted on Youtube)
If on Shopify :
- We would require some blog page templates - Each blog page would include a specitic course (ideally subdivised by chapter)
- The access to each blog page would be granted based on specitic tags associated to each students' profile.
- A profile page would gather all student's courses depending on the access granted.
We are looking for someone with an extensive web development experience and with a great attention to details. We are willing to implement this project rather quickly so someone who is available as of right now will be prioritized.
