Build me Secure LIVE TV STREAMING player that will accepth HLS, MPEG and RTMP streams

Hi Guys, i have a streaming service that requires a player that will play the m3u playlist. I would like to have a possiblity of styling it, it needs to be secure so no one can view the source and just read the m3u URL nad i need it to be able to run HLS, MPEG and RTMP Live Stream. You won't be picked if your bid says " replies in hours " as this means you can't be asked or have so many projects you can't handle them, all " Sir " bids will be ignored as well as i am clearlt not one.

Couple of points:
the URL has no m3u extension but it is a m3u playlist
It will need to work on WebOS and Android/Apple devices
